Synopsis for puerto rico and the uS. Virgin islands waters... A broad surface high pressure ridge spread across the west and central atlantic will yield moderate to fresh easterly winds across the local waters through most of the work week. Seas are therefore forecast to remain choppy at least through Thursday across the coastal waters and local passages.
