Synopsis for puerto rico and the uS. Virgin islands waters... A surface high pressure across the northwestern atlantic and a weak surface trough northeast of the region, will promote a moderate northeast to east wind flow through Monday. A light to gentle easterly wind flow will then prevail Tuesday onwards. Passing showers will continue across the atlantic waters and caribbean passages.
