Synopsis..High pressure over south florida will result in mostly dry and quiet conditions for the atlantic and gulf waters. However, isolated showers cannot be ruled out for the atlantic waters over the next few days. East to southeast flow will prevail through the rest of this week and increase through the day tomorrow as the pressure gradient tightens. Seas will also build tomorrow creating cautionary conditions for mariners.
Gulf stream hazards..None. The approximate location of the west wall of the gulf stream as of feb 18, 2019 at 1200 utc... 2 nautical miles east northeast of fowey rocks. 8 nautical miles east northeast of port everglades. 9 nautical miles east southeast of lake worth. 13 nautical miles east southeast of jupiter inlet.
