Synopsis.. Advisory level winds and seas will continue to develop across the northern waters and spread southward through the evening, then continue across the waters through Wednesday evening. Conditions will then improve Thursday as high pressure gradually builds into the region. Lighter winds and seas will then hold late in the week and into the weekend.
