Synopsis..The atlantic ridge axis over central florida will drift into south florida through the middle of next week. A light to gentle southeast to south breeze will prevail through early Tuesday before veering to south-southwest Wednesday. Shower and Thunderstorm coverage will increase as moisture works it way into the area from the southeast. By mid week, expect offshore moving storms in the afternoon, mainly north of sebastian inlet.
Gulf stream hazards..None. The approximate location of the west wall of the gulf stream based on the real time ocean forecast system as of Friday august 17th. 40 nautical miles east of ponce inlet. 28 nautical miles east of port canaveral. 23 nautical miles east of sebastian inlet. 15 nautical miles east of fort pierce inlet. 8 nautical miles east of saint lucie inlet.
