Today..Northwest winds 10 to 15 knots, increasing to 15 to 20 knots late this morning and afternoon. Seas 2 to 4 feet, occasionally to 5 feet. Bay and inland waters choppy. Showers likely with a slight chance of Thunderstorms early this morning.
Tonight..North winds 15 to 20 knots, diminishing to 10 to 15 knots overnight. Seas 2 to 4 feet, occasionally to 5 feet. Bay and inland waters choppy.
Friday..Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots, becoming northwest 5 to 10 knots in the afternoon. Seas 2 to 3 feet, subsiding to 1 to 2 feet in the afternoon. Bay and inland waters a moderate chop.

GMZ800 Synopsis For The Coastal Waters From Bonita Beach To Suwannee River- 355 Am Edt Thu Mar 28 2024
Synopsis.. A cold front will sweep across the waters this morning preceded by showers and a few Thunderstorms. Behind the boundary robust northwest to north winds will setup and continue through tonight. Winds and seas will subside Friday and remain below headline criteria through the weekend. Early next week southeast to south winds will begin to increase as the next cold front approaches from the northwest.
