Synopsis for high island to matagorda ship channel out 60 nm.. Weak high pressure over the coastal waters and northwest gulf will keep winds light today. As the high pressure system moves away south and southeasterly flow becomes established. Winds will gradually increase through Saturday. A cold front will move off the coast late Monday.
