Synopsis.. Enhanced onshore flow will continue through the morning hours between a coastal trough offshore of atlantic coast and surface high pressure building north of the region. This high will build southward over the carolinas on Tuesday. A strong cold front will move across the waters Wednesday, and then high pressure will build over the southeast region through the end of the week.
