Synopsis..A light to occasionally moderate onshore flow prevails through tonight. A moderate offshore flow develops on Sunday behind a cold front and persists into early next week. Winds briefly increase to small craft advisory levels Sunday night across the offshore waters. Winds subside as they become onshore again by Tuesday.
