Synopsis for the far southern california coast.. At 1 am, a 1018 mb high was 600 nm west of san diego and a 1004 mb low was near las vegas. Onshore flow will strengthen slightly today. A robust coastal eddy arrives Friday. Stronger northwest winds and choppy seas arrive late Thursday and continue into early Saturday, likely generating hazardous conditions at times, especially in the outer waters.
