Synopsis for massachusetts and rhode island coastal waters.. A warm front lifts toward the southern waters today, while high pres remains planted over the gulf of me/nova scotia. The high nudges back in for much of Fri before a cold front sweeps through late Fri into Sat. High pres nudges in on Sun from the mississippi river valley.
