Synopsis for the southern oregon coastal waters..Steep wind driven seas will continue across all waters through this afternoon. The strongest winds and steepest seas will be focused south of cape blanco later this afternoon and into this evening. Conditions improve tonight into Wednesday, but a series of fronts will bring unsettled weather late this week.
