Synopsis for the southern washington and northern oregon coast.. A low pressure system currently spinning off the washington coastline will continue to sit offshore and slowly weaken today. Expect gusty winds and choppy, elevated seas across to the waters through tonight. A more summer-like northerly wind pattern develops over the weekend continuing into early next week.
