Synopsis for the northern and central washington coastal and inland waters..Onshore flow continues into Tuesday with gale- force westerlies through the strait of juan de fuca this evening. Surface high pressure will gradually build across the coastal waters Tuesday into Wednesday and will interact with lower pressure inland through Friday. Another frontal system will move into the area waters over the weekend.
