6/25/2017 - NOAA is having a major issue that impact the 7 day forecast load times. Many users are reporting problems. The issue has been reported.

Synopsis..A weak cold front will move into the northern gulf waters later tonight, then through the remainder of the eastern gulf waters on Friday. Southwest to west winds ahead of the front will shift to the northwest and north in the wake of the front late Friday and Friday night. High pressure will then build in over the region during the weekend with a light northwest to northerly wind flow continuing.

Update (rest of tonight)
An area of low pressure over eastern tennessee extends a weak cold
front south through georgia and into the florida panhandle. The
front is expected to move through the nature coast later this
evening producing a slight chance of showers. These showers will be
limited to the nature coast with mostly rain-free conditions
expected over central and southwest florida. Temperatures will be
slightly warmer than 24 hours ago with low to mid 60's expected for
overnight lows. No changes needed to the forecast.

Aviation
Vfr conditions expected through the period with a sct-bkn CU sc
cloud deck around 4-6 kft. Winds will remain out of a predominant
westerly onshore direction in the 5-10 knot range. A slight uptick
in the winds can be expected tomorrow after 18z in the wake of a
front moving through the area, but should still remain 15 knots or
less. No other aviation impacts expected.

Marine
A weak cold front will move into the northern gulf waters

front will shift to the northwest and north in the wake of
the front late Friday and Friday night. High pressure will
then build in over the region during the weekend with a
light northwest to northerly wind flow continuing. During
early next week high pressure settling in over the southeastern
states on Monday then moving into the atlantic on Tuesday
will keep light winds and seas over the waters with the flow
becoming east-southeast. Wind and seas should remain below
15 knots and 5 feet through the period with no headlines
expected.
