Update
An increase in moisture combined with the sea breeze
circulations and numerous outflow boundaries lead to a
active afternoon across the forecast area with scattered
to numerous showers and storms being observed. Early this
evening 88d returns still showing some ongoing showers storms
over sumter and pinellas counties with some lingering areas
of light stratiform rain noted from manatee county northeast
through hillsborough and polk counties.

As the evening continues expect ongoing convection to wane
as boundary interactions weaken and loss of daytime heating
continues, with any lingering light rain ending in most
areas between 10 pm and midnight, with convective debris
cloudiness thinning with skies becoming partly cloudy
overnight. Will update the zones to remove evening rain
chances once most of the convection has ended, otherwise no
other zone changes are required at this time. On Monday
similar conditions are again expected with more showers and
storms developing along the sea breeze and outflow
boundaries during the afternoon and early evening hours.

Aviation
Vfr will return to all terminals after 02z as shra tsra end
with mid high clouds AOA 100 becoming scattered after 06z.

Brief MVFR ifr CIGS vsbys will again be possible after 18z
on Monday as shra tsra redevelop over the region, otherwise
vfr will continue. Light and variable winds the rest of
tonight will become southwest to west at 6 to 8 knots after
16z as the sea breeze develops with gusts up to 35 knots
possible in the vicinity of tsra.

Marine
An onshore sea breeze component along the coast will
collapse in the next few hours with continued loss of
daytime heating with a light southeast to southerly wind
flow and slight seas expected the rest of tonight into
Monday as high pressure remains in control, with a weak
pressure pattern again supporting an onshore sea breeze
component developing along the coast Monday afternoon. Wind
and seas will be higher near any thunderstorms, otherwise no
headlines are expected. Current forecast is on track with
no changes expected in the next update around 9 pm.

There are five sources. 1) Documents and manuals from a variety of sources. These have not been checked for accuracy and in many cases have not even been read by anyone associated with L-36.com. I have no idea of they are useful or accurate, I leave that to the reader. 2) Articles others have written and submitted. These are not intended to be fact, they are my opinions. 4) Small programs that generate result presented on a web page. Like any computer program, these may and in some cases do have errors. Almost all of these also make simplifying assumptions so they are not totally accurate even if there are no errors. Please verify all results. 5) Weather information is from numerious of sources and is presented automatically. It is not checked for accuracy either by anyone at L-36.com or by the source which is typically the US Government. See the NOAA web site for their disclaimer. Finally, tide and current data on this site is from 2007 and 2008 data bases, which may contain even older data. Changes in harbors due to building or dredging change tides and currents and for that reason many of the locations presented are no longer supported by newer data bases. For example, there is very little tidal current data in newer data bases so current data is likely wrong to some extent. This data is NOT FOR NAVIGATION. See the XTide disclaimer for details. In addition, tide and current are influenced by storms, river flow, and other factors beyond the ability of any predictive program.
