Synopsis for puerto rico and the uS. Virgin islands waters... High pressure over the central atlantic will help to maintain gentle to moderate easterly winds across the regional waters. Brief isolated to scattered showers will continue to affect portions of the coastal waters during the overnight and early morning hours. Marine conditions are forecast to deteriorate as a northeasterly swell arrives and spreads across the atlantic waters Friday into Saturday.
