Synopsis for puerto rico and the uS. Virgin islands waters... Surface high pressure across the central atlantic will maintain moderate to fresh easterly winds across the local area into this weekend. This will result in choppy seas across most of the local waters, and small craft operators should exercise caution. Isolated to scattered showers may affect the local waters, with gradually increasing chances for this activity from Friday into this weekend and next week.
