Synopsis for hawaiian coastal waters.. A trough remains draped over the central coastal waters, extending from a low pressure system far north-northwest of the area. East of the trough, moderate to fresh southeasterly winds will prevail, while winds west of trough will be light and variable. Gentle to moderate trades return for the latter half of the week.
