Synopsis For The Coastal Waters From Bonita Beach To Suwannee River
417 Am Edt Fri Oct 30 2020
Synopsis.. A cold front across the central gulf waters this morning will move to the southern waters later today where it will stall out across the florida straits through the weekend. Northwest to north winds in the wake of the front will remain elevated through early tonight with cautionary headlines in place for the offshore waters. During tonight and through the weekend winds will veer to the northeast and east at lighter speeds as surface high pressure builds in along the eastern seaboard. Another cold front will sweep south through the waters early on Monday with increasing northeast winds and building seas as the gradient tightens in response to strong surface high pressure building in over the southeastern states in the wake of the front through Tuesday.
