Synopsis.. Relatively pleasant marine conditions are anticipated tonight with winds around 5 knots. Then, as ridge axis starts to move away winds become easterly around 5 to 10 knots. By Wednesday, an upper level low approaches the area and moves through on Thursday. As a result, winds will increase out of the northeast between 15 to 25 knots along with seas. The upper level low will push away resulting in winds coming down to 10 to 15 knots out of the east going into the weekend.
