Synopsis for high island to matagorda ship channel out 60 nm.. Mainly moderate east to southeast winds tonight become southeast to south beginning on Tuesday...and this flow then persists for much of the remainder of the week. Seas will be elevated too. Periods of showers and Thunderstorms can be expected as a slow moving gulf system works its way northwestward. Gusty winds and reduced visibilites due to occasionally heavy rain will be possible in and around storms.
