These south to southeast winds will be strengthening over the next several days under a tightening pressure gradient. Seas are expected to increase over the weekend as well. These mainly moderate onshore winds and elevated seas can be expected to persist until the next cold front moves through the area on Tuesday. Offshore winds will develop and strengthen behind the front, and at this time it looks like the strongest winds and highest seas will be focusing on the Tuesday night through Wednesday morning time period. |
