Synopsis For The Coastal Waters From Bonita Beach To Suwannee River

Synopsis.. High pressure remains over our area today with tropical storm cristobal meandering near the tip of the yucatan peninsula. For today, east to southeast winds between 5 to 10 knots and seas 2 feet or less will be accompanied by scattered showers and a few isolated Thunderstorms. Small craft exercise caution winds will occur offshore starting tonight. Conditions will begin to deteriorate tomorrow with increasing seas and winds as cristobal emerges into the central gulf and moves northward. Solid sca conditions with occasional gusts around gale force will begin Saturday and persist through the remainder of the weekend. Seas will gradually decline on Monday.
