Synopsis.. A cold front will pass the waters late this afternoon and this evening, bringing a surge in fresh to strong northerly breezes, strongest over the waters west of apalachicola. Winds will decrease during the day Friday. The front will stall over the southeast gulf on Friday, with a wave of low pressure moving along the front on Friday night. This will freshen breezes on Friday night. High pressure will move across the northeast gulf on Monday. Breezes will quickly freshen on Tuesday as low pressure tracks across the eastern gulf.
