Synopsis.. High pressure will continue off to the east with lower pressure across the southern plains through the first part of Saturday. This will keep a light to modest southerly flow in place. Shower activity will increase late Saturday as a surface front moves into the region. This front will move across the coastal waters late Saturday night into Sunday morning, with modest to strong offshore winds developing behind it.
