Synopsis for the far southern california coast.. At 1 pm, a 1026 mb high was 650 nm west of san diego. A 1020 mb low covered the southern california bight. Weak neutral flow will prevail through Wednesday morning. Onshore northwest flow will develop Wednesday afternoon and strengthen through Thursday, where winds in the outer waters will approach 20 knots. Winds will turn weakly offshore Friday into the weekend.
