Today..SW winds 5 kt, becoming nw 10 kt late this morning and early afternoon, then becoming N late. Waves around 2 ft. Patchy fog early this morning. A chance of showers this morning, then a slight chance of showers early this afternoon.
Tonight..SW winds 5 kt, becoming nw late in the evening, then becoming N 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt after midnight. Waves 2 to 3 ft.
Sun..N winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt, diminishing to 5 to 10 kt in the afternoon. Waves 2 to 3 ft in the morning, then 1 foot or less. A chance of rain in the afternoon.

another cold front drops across the waters this morning, and pushes offshore through this afternoon, then becomes stalled offshore. Rain chances increase late Sunday into early Monday, as low pressure tracks along the stalled frontal boundary over the coastal carolinas. Transient high pressure builds over the region by midweek, with a mainly weak, dry cold front pushing across the area on Wednesday.
