Moderate to gusty northwest winds across the waters from the golden gate gap northward towards point arena through tomorrow. Locally gusty winds will also develop along the big sur coast and portions of the western santa cruz county coastline this afternoon. These winds will generate steep fresh swell resulting in hazardous seas conditions particularly for smaller vessels. Light long period southerly swell will continue through at least mid week.
