Synopsis for massachusetts and rhode island coastal waters.. Surface high pressure anchored across the eastern great lakes is the dominant weather feature through early Saturday, leading to tranquil boating conditions for late april. A weak warm front clips the northern waters Saturday night into early Sunday with a few showers possible, better chance of unsettled weather Tuesday into Wednesday.
