Synopsis for the southern oregon coastal waters..Winds will increase tonight into Saturday with a frontal passage, but conditions will remain below advisory levels. North winds will develop Saturday evening into Sunday, along with building west swell, which will then produce steep seas Sunday into Monday. Seas then gradually lower through Monday evening. A longer period west swell may arrive late Monday night into Tuesday.
