Synopsis for massachusetts and rhode island coastal waters.. Low pressure tracks south of the region tonight. Weak high pressure builds over the waters Monday. A strong cold front will cross the waters Monday night followed by gale force westerly wind gusts and moderate freezing spray into Tuesday. High pressure will follow for Wednesday.
