High pres builds over the waters Sat night before moving to the E Sun. A warm front will lift N across the waters Sun afternoon and night followed by a strong cold front Mon afternoon as low pres tracks to the n. The low pres will set up across eastern canada Tue and Wed bringing gusty W winds.
