Synopsis for the southern oregon coastal waters..The thermal trough will weaken this morning with north winds diminishing. Calmer conditions are expected this afternoon through tonight. A weak front will result in increasing south winds early Saturday morning, then winds will shift to the west late Saturday morning and afternoon. North winds will increase Sunday with the strongest winds south of cape blanco.
