Synopsis..A cold front tracks across the area this morning with widespread showers and a few Thunderstorms in the far south. Cooler, moderate west-northwest flow then sets up for the weekend.

Today..Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots becoming west 10 to 15 knots in the late morning and afternoon. Rain in the morning. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4 feet late in the afternoon.
Tonight..West winds 10 to 15 knots. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
Saturday..West winds 15 to 20 knots decreasing to 10 to 15 knots in the late morning and afternoon. Waves 3 to 5 feet.
Saturday night..West winds 10 to 15 knots decreasing to 5 to 10 knots in the late evening and overnight. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
Sunday..West winds 10 to 15 knots veering to the northwest late in the evening. Waves 4 to 6 feet. Waves occasionally around 8 feet.
Monday..Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots veering to the east in the late morning and early afternoon...then becoming southeast 10 to 15 knots early in the evening veering to the south in the late evening and early morning. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet.
Tuesday..South winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to 20 knots until early evening...then veering to the northwest with gusts to around 30 knots in the late evening and early morning. Showers until early evening. A chance of showers in the late evening and early morning. Waves 3 to 5 feet.
