Synopsis for the southern washington and northern oregon coast.. A frontal system will move across the waters Friday morning, with high pressure making a quick return Friday afternoon. Thermally induced surface low pressure forms over the north california and south oregon waters Friday night and expands northward Saturday into Sunday.
