Synopsis for the southern washington and northern oregon coast.. The next low in this series will bring increasing winds behind a warm front this morning. Another low will cross the coastline near, or north of, the columbia river Tuesday. Plan for very choppy seas from the mix of swells and generally southerly wind waves. An additional front arrives Wednesday with possible gales.
