Synopsis for the northern and central washington coastal and inland waters..Strong northerly flow this afternoon will yield advisory level winds and choppy seas along the outer coast and in puget sound through this evening. Local seas of 2 to 4 feet in these areas expected this afternoon and evening before decreasing tonight. Flow will briefly transition to offshore overnight before turning back onshore on Sunday through next week. Northwesterly offshore swell decreasing early next week.
