Synopsis for the northern and central washington coastal and inland waters..Onshore flow will continue today with high pressure offshore and lower pressure inland. A weak frontal system will move through the area later Tuesday turning the flow more southerly. Onshore flow will resume on Wednesday and continue through the end of the week.
