Synopsis for the northern and central washington coastal and inland waters..A strong warm front will approach the offshore waters this afternoon. The warm front will lift northward across area waters Monday into Tuesday, with increasing southerly winds over the waters. South flow will continue through Thursday, then switch to northwest to west on Friday behind a cold front.
