Synopsis for the northern and central washington coastal and inland waters..An area of low pressure will track south of area waters today. Onshore flow returns later this evening as high pressure rebuilds over the northeastern pacific and lower pressure remains situated along the west coast. High pressure rebuilds into the waters on Monday. A strong frontal system will approach the waters by late Tuesday.
