Synopsis for the northern and central washington coastal and inland waters..A surface high offshore will persist into Tuesday. A thermal trough is east of the cascades, resulting in breezy northwesterly flow over the coastal waters. Diurnally driven westerly pushes through the strait of juan de fuca may require additional headlines Sunday into early next week.
