Winds will be strongest in the nw waters, and small craft advisory was issued from point arena to point reyes beyond 10 nm from the coast between 9pm Sun to 3pm Mon. While winds will likely remain below advisory criteria farther south, rough seas in a nw swell may still trigger more small craft advisories for Mon-tue.
