Synopsis.. A ridge averaging 30.00 inches briefly builds in tonight as a low of 29.50 inches moves from near central illinois toward central indiana. This low will move east to the mid-atlantic region by Thursday night and Friday, allowing a trough averaging 29.70 inches to become established over and near lake erie. A ridge averaging 30.00 inches will briefly build eastward across lake erie Friday night before another trough averaging 29.70 inches arrives from the western great lakes on Saturday. Behind the trough, a ridge averaging 30.00 inches should build eastward across the great lakes on Sunday and then depart to the east coast by Monday.

Overnight..North winds 10 to 15 knots becoming northeast. A slight chance of showers late. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
Thursday..Northeast winds 15 to 25 knots. Scattered showers early, then showers from late morning on. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 3 to 6 feet.
