Synopsis For High Island To The Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 Nautical Miles Including Galveston And Matagorda Bays 950 Pm Cdt Fri Mar 22 2019
Synopsis for high island to matagorda ship channel out 60 nm.. Expect increasing southeast winds on Saturday as high pressure shifts eastward and the next weather system approaches. Offshore seas will build through the weekend and on into early next week. A few showers are possible on Saturday, but slightly better rain chances are anticipated on Sunday and Monday as a cold front nears the area. The front will move through the region late Monday, and north to northeast winds will increase behind the boundary. Caution flags are anticipated, and advisories might be needed.
