Synopsis for the northern and central washington coastal and inland waters..An area of low pressure over the oregon offshore waters will move onto the far southern oregon coast today, while a weak trough of low pressure persists over the washington waters. A weak front will move through the waters later Sunday followed by a second weak front Monday night and Tuesday. A ridge of high pressure will build offshore later Tuesday into Wednesday.
