at 1117 am cdt, doppler radar indicated an area of Thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and frequent cloud to water lightning. This area of Thunderstorms was located along a line extending from 18 nm west of the western lake superior buoy to 19 nm north of oak island to 10 nm northwest of devils island, moving southeast at 15 knots.
