Synopsis for puerto rico and the uS. Virgin islands waters... A relatively weak cold and a pre-frontal trough will continue to push east across puerto rico tonight and the u.s. Virgin islands on Thursday. This will generate moderate to fresh winds with a low pressure north of us off the mid-atlantic u.s. Coast spreading higher and possibly hazardous seas into the local outer atlantic waters and Mona passage through Thursday. Isolated Thunderstorms with some gusty winds are possible overnight and Thursday. On Friday, a high pressure system will develop over the western atlantic. Winds will turn northeast and become moderate over the weekend with mostly fair conditions.
