Synopsis..A cool front over central florida will continue to sag into south florida into this evening, with showers and a few Thunderstorms along the treasure coast ahead of the boundary ending by Sunset. A brief surge in north to northeast winds will create poor to hazardous boating conditions tonight through Thursday afternoon. Winds and seas will subside slightly Thursday night into Friday. Increasing southeast to south winds Friday night and Saturday will produce poor to hazardous boating conditions ahead of the next cool front.
Gulf stream hazards..North winds increasing to around 20 knots tonight. Seas building to 5 to 7 feet. The approximate location of the west wall of the gulf stream based on the real time ocean forecast system as of Tuesday, april 20th. 40 nautical miles east of ponce inlet. 31 nautical miles east of port canaveral. 26 nautical miles east of sebastian inlet. 17 nautical miles east of fort pierce inlet. 10 nautical miles east of saint lucie inlet.
