At 2 am, a 1028 mb high was 800 nm west of san diego and a 1015 mb low covered most of arizona. Brisk winds will continue today and decrease tonight. A winter storm will arrive in coastal waters early Wednesday morning. Rain and isolated Thunderstorms are expected, along with another boost to winds. Mariners should prepare for adverse weather at times with this winter storm. Conditions will improve Friday and Saturday.
