Synopsis for eastern north carolina coastal waters.. Cool canadian high pressure will build south over the carolinas through the weekend. A warm front will lift north across the area Monday as strong low pressure passes by well to the west. High pressure will again build over the area Tuesday into early Wednesday, before a strong coastal storm impacts the area mid to late next week.
