Patchy dense fog will be over the san francisco bay, san pablo bay, and the delta early this morning and will diminish towards the early afternoon. Elevated seas will persist for much of the week as a series of large, long period northwest swells propagate through the waters, resulting in hazardous conditions for small craft operators. Widespread rain chances return midweek. |
